At every dock, the scenery shifts, yet the emotion remains the same. These ports are living theaters, crossroads where cultures collide in a vibrant festival of color. It is here that the hearts of those who live by the sea and the sun truly beat.

From bustling markets overflowing with exceptional produce to the pursuit of iconic recipes passed down through generations, our Chef shows us that in the Mediterranean, history is something to be tasted.

Chef à Bord est une collection de 12x26’ pour une première saison, qui invite à découvrir la richesse du littoral méditérrannéen sous un angle authentique et inédit : une exploration des ports de la Méditerranée racontée à travers leur cuisine.

Un voyage singulier à bord du voilier d’un chef français, Alexis Braconnier, qui explore les ports emblématiques de la Méditerranée ; non pas comme des cartes postales, mais comme des territoires vivants, marqués par leur histoire, leurs métiers, leur gastronomie et les engagements de ceux qui y vivent. Chef passionné et curieux, Alexis a troqué les fourneaux fixes pour une cuisine nomade. À chaque escale, il tisse des liens et valorise un réseau d’acteurs locaux : pêcheurs, producteurs, restaurateurs, historiens, associations, collectifs citoyens…
Ces rencontres nourrissent une réflexion sur l’identité des ports, entre tradition et transition, héritage et innovation.

Chaque épisode devient le portrait sensible d’un territoire, d’un patrimoine, d’un terroir, raconté à travers celles et ceux qui le font vivre, le défendent ou le réinventent.
